I just wanted to throw out a couple of possibilities concerning this warrant.....The opinion shared at 46:40 in the video concerning what they "might" have found, and "might have" taken???? There is no might about it! That is an inventory intake sheet that 100% means WAS found and WAS taken! The form is redacted, but on the line adjacent to each item, it is clearly stated exactly where that item was taken from......which is why is says location/person...If it was under a table in the living room, that is what it would say. If it was in an individuals coat pocket that they were wearing, again, that is what it would say...... And as far as the warrant being served by a federal agent, or acting agent of washington state......It is absolutely possible, and it was federal, you wouldn't find that information anywhere... I'm not saying j embree is spot on, but it makes the most sense of anything else I've heard in this case! There is some reason for the redaction, so we can say for absolute fact that this warrant was NOT served upon Brian Kohberger.......Yet it is in his case file!!! It would certainly explain Anne Taylor immediately asking for statements written, audio, or video of any alleged co-defendant. And with Kopacka no longer being alive, if him and kohberger were partners in the crime, any statements he made concerning that would be inadmissable because the defense wouldn't be able to cross examine him......

The Amazon warrant was a general request for information related to 'sales' of the specified knives and sheaths from Jan to Nov...like account holder details, payment information etc. They also requested the same information from Walmart, Ka-Bar, and Blue Ridge Knives. They kept on searching for information about that type of sheath and knife which probably means that they were not finding any useful information. Another thing to note is that Chief Fry mentioned in the press conference after the arrest that they were still looking for the weapon.

Embree is quite the natural detective. I'm not 100% on board with all of it as well but if Embree is not former law enforcement he certainly could've been. Gotta give kopacka the benefit of the doubt. Dude signed up to serve his country and it cost him his mental health but it's the name that refuses to go away. Also hard to ignore this guy was a Marine. All other single perp theories fall flat based on the skills needed with the exception of this one guy.
